Returns & Booking
Due to the production time and overseas vendors we use all products purchased online or in store are non refundable we can offer you an exchange as long as the product has not been used, cut, bleached, or colored and the items are returned back to us. We can refuse the right to exchange if we feel the product has been tampered with in any way. Please be sure to properly measure your head for all wig unit orders, we are not responsible for improper wig measurements. All deposits and payments made to Swan studio salon or Bridget for lace wigs, products, or hair appointments are non refundable, we can change the date and time of your appointment if given a 24 hour notice and the new appointment time does not conflict with other appointments. Please contact us if you are unable to make it to your appointment no shows will loose there deposit and have to re-book their appointment.
